What is the status of my order ?

After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation email so you can track your order.

Can I change my orders ?

We may make changes to orders that have not yet been processed for shipment. Once your order is in Ready to Ship, Shipped, or Delivered status, we are no longer able to accept changes to your order.

PAYMENTS 

Which currency will I be charged in ?

All our transactions are conducted in EUR. If your credit or debit card is in a different currency, your bank will apply the appropriate conversion rate for your chosen currency based on the website you are on.

Where do you ship?

We offer worldwide shipping to Asia, North & Central America, Europe, and Oceania. Our payment options include PayPal and credit card.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once an order is placed, it usually takes 6-10 days, sometimes it may take a few days to process. Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose.

How can I track my package ?

Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Return 

Do you accept returns ?

Yes, we accept returns under the following conditions:-

The item must already be sold in our store.

This item should not be used in any way.

Return or exchange requests will be made within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact our customer service.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not accept exchanges. You can only return items through our customer service.

Are return free?

To return an item, please contact customer service for a return address. Once you receive the address, please place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

In some cases, your return is free. If you return an item and the reason for the return is an error by our store, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns will be confirmed within 14 days of receipt of the package at our warehouse. Once your return is accepted, the refund amount will be issued within 14 days of our service accepting your return.
